Here at Forthay, we go that extra mile over the most important meal of the day, everything is homemade or locally sourced.

From our award winning homemade granola, selection of preserves to the freshly prepared full English breakfast. Local smoked back bacon, a pillow of scrambled eggs (laid that morning from the chickens in the garden), freshly baked bread and the most incredible locally sourced sausages, selected after a series of blind tastings. Plump portobello mushrooms, roast baby tomatoes and Heinz baked beans complete this plate of breakfast finery. All washed down with a mug of fresh bean to cup coffee or a pot of tea.
